If you want to learn it, we want to teach you. Don’t be concerned about what you know, what you don’t know, your age, or even your fitness level. We are a community of open minded and friendly martial artists. All of us are here to learn and train and we do so without ego or judgment. Respect is a two-way street, you already have ours. Now get in here and train. Stop making excuses.

| Provide first class martial arts education | Our instructors aim to provide elite martial arts training to all students. Including the history of each martial art that we teach, how it can be used in competition, self defense and as an art form. |
| Maintain a welcoming environment for male and female students equally | We believe in the integrity of our instructors and students. We know that they will treat everyone equally. To any female students out there interested in training, if you would like to train only with women come and talk to us. |
