We are a martial arts and MMA training center located in Bridgeport, CT specializing in Full Contact Japanese Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). We are in working in partnership with American Top Team and Best Way Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Location

Our facility is located at 1550 State Street in Bridgeport, CT. We are approximately 1 mile from the Fairfield Fitness Edge and less than 1 mile from The Little Gym. If you would like to come by to visit us, please note that there are two buildings on the property. We are located in the single story stand alone building to the left of the larger main building.

Services

The following services are offered to pee wee's, youth and adults. Novice to advanced students are welcome to participate in all classes.

• Martial Arts:
  • Traditional Full Contact Japanese Karate and conditioning/endurance taught by Sensei Paulina Indara
  • Muay Thai taught by Instructor Hitalo Machado of Best Way BJJ & American Top Team
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu taught by Master Luigi Mondelli of Best Way BJJ & American Top Team
  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) taught by Master Luigi Mondelli
  • Self Defense
  • Tai Chi - coming in the future
• Yoga - specifically designed for martial arts to enhance flexibility and improve stretching techniques.
• Meditation - coming in the future

Facility

The facility is 3800 square feet and will contain the following amenities:

• Over 2000 sq ft of Zebra MMA mats
• 5 station heavy bag area
• 20 ft Throwdown Octagon cage
• Plyometric and strength training area
• Changing rooms
• Store - uniforms, equipment and clothing

Please note that our schedule is subject to change. Keep in mind that our layout allows us to hold some classes simultaneously. Starting the week of Jan. 5th, we will begin offering some daytime classes.
