Elite Fitness Training

Description

This program is specifically designed to assist students with increasing their strength and conditioning for the programs that we offer and to enhance your every day life. Students are welcome to join this program independently or in conjunction with any martial arts training that they wish to participate in.

Curriculum

  • plyometric exercises: increases the speed or force of muscular contractions and creates explosiveness
  • isometric exercises: builds muscle, strength and power by utilizing static positions
  • martial arts training drills for all styles offered
  • resistance training
  • cardio circuits
  • medicine ball, body bar workouts
  • heavy bag drills
